Priority support is available for licensed users of Aptana Studio Professional Edition. Priority support covers installation issues, basic usage questions and troubleshooting unexpected behavior for documented features. A single Pro user license entitles the user to install, use, and receive priority support for Aptana Studio Pro on up to two computers (unlimited instances of Aptana Studio Pro per computer). To receive priority support, create an account in ASAP, and link that account to your license (as explained below).
If you purchase a 5-pack Pro license, you may link up to two (2) separate ASAP user accounts to your license for priority support. If you purchase a 10-pack Pro license, you may link up to three (3) separate ASAP accounts to your license for priority support.
To receive priority support on an issue, complete a support request in ASAP:
http://support.aptana.com/asap/
To link your Pro user account to ASAP:
Once you link your ASAP account(s) to your license, any requests that you make through ASAP will be tagged as coming from a Pro user.
We will review all Pro user support requests within two business days (or sooner, if possible) and we will attempt to resolve your issue in a timely manner, if at all possible. We will review support requests from Community Edition users as time permits.
We do not officially support any Eclipse plug-ins or tools except for Aptana Studio. We will try to resolve conflicts between Aptana Studio and other plug-ins, if possible (e.g. if Aptana Studio is preventing another plug-in from working in Eclipse). Aptana is under no obligation to ensure that non-Aptana-developed plug-ins work inside of Aptana Studio. If you find that your plug-in is not working inside of Aptana Studio, we encourage you to add Aptana and your plug-in to an Eclipse installation as plug-ins because we solely support functionality that we add to Eclipse.
Similarly, while we strive to be compatible with many of the popular Ajax frameworks and even provide documentation for them, we do not provide support for the actual libraries themselves.
