• Has lots of Eclipse plug-in and/or RCP experience

• Work on all aspects, including building and extending out Aptana RadRails

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong Java development experience
• Expert knowledge of Eclipse plug-in and/or RCP
• Deep user-centric UI design experience
• Strong experience and domain knowledge with Ruby on Rails
